Refund Policy

At Logos Leads, we invest significant time, expertise, and resources into every client engagement from day one. Because of the nature of marketing services — which involve strategic planning, creative production, campaign setup, and active management — all management fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This policy exists to clearly outline the terms under which exceptions may apply.

General Policy

Management fees are non-refundable. This applies to all monthly retainer fees, onboarding fees, setup fees, and any fees for work already performed. Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) is outside the scope of this policy — those funds are governed by the respective platform's billing terms.

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Dissatisfaction with campaign performance or results
  • Changes in your business direction, budget, or priorities
  • Cancellation requests during the 3-month minimum commitment period
  • Failure to provide required account access or materials on time
  • Ad platform policy changes, account restrictions, or suspensions
  • Partial months of service following a cancellation notice

Valid Grounds for a Refund or Credit

We will issue a full or partial refund, or apply a credit to your account, in the following circumstances:

  • A billing error resulted in an overcharge or duplicate payment
  • Payment was collected after a properly submitted cancellation request at the end of your minimum term
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope of services due to circumstances on our end
  • An unauthorised charge was processed on your account without your approval

How to Submit a Refund Request

Contact Us Within 14 Days

Reach out to contact@logosleads.com within 14 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible.

Describe the Issue

Provide the invoice number or charge date, the amount in question, and a brief explanation of why you believe a refund is warranted.

We Review and Respond

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3-Month Minimum Commitment

All new engagements are subject to a 3-month minimum commitment. By signing up, you agree to pay for all three months regardless of whether you choose to continue after that period.

Marketing campaigns require time to build, test, and optimise properly. The work performed in months one and two — strategy, creative development, account setup, audience testing, and ongoing management — represents real, irreversible labour. Cancelling early does not remove the obligation to pay for work already completed and committed.

Not Eligible for Refund

Monthly fees paid or owed within the initial 3-month period are non-refundable. Cancellation requests before the 3-month term is complete do not remove the obligation to pay remaining monthly fees.

After 3 Months

Once the minimum term is complete, the engagement moves to month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No further minimum commitment applies.
